Description

Air-foam chamber provides realistic feel. Rounded design allows for easy movement around target increasing cardio, leg conditioning & hand-eye coordination. Powercore power transfer ring absorbs impact and reduces base movement and sliding. This is excellent for developing kicks, punches, and strikes. High density base can easily be filled with water or sand. Solid base provides easy-to-hit target, maximizing your workout. Height is adjustable from 54" to 65". We loaded approximately 250lbs of sand in the base but it has been in our living room corner never used. The price includes new bag and clean sand.
