Mark was amazing to work. His attention to detail and customer service skills stand out among the best. Mark and Auto Burn were so easy to work with, understood our needs and didn't try to sell us anyhting outside of those needs. His main goal was to ensure that we were taken care of and my family member drove away in a safe and reliable car. Highly recommend giving them a call / visit if you are in need of a car or service for your current car!

I had the worst experience at this AutoBurn. First off, the sales staff were incredibly pushy and only seemed interested in making a sale, rather than helping me find the right car. They were very dismissive when I asked questions and constantly tried to upsell me on features I didn’t want or need.
The car I ended up purchasing turned out to have multiple issues right after I drove it off the lot. When I contacted the dealership, they were unresponsive and refused to take responsibility. Their so-called "warranty" turned out to be worthless.
To top it off, their customer service is atrocious. I was put on hold multiple times, transferred around, and no one seemed to care about my concerns. I’ll never do business here again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this dealership at all costs!

I was going to give them 5 stars until they didnt honor the 6 month warranty promised to my 19 year old son when he bought his car from them yesterday…their reasoning was because it was supposed to be on the Jetta he was previously going to get but it is their fault he didnt get the Jetta because their paperwork wasnt correct and the bank wouldnt take it. Now i will say they did let my son drive a car for a few days while trying to find him a car which was very nice but the car my son ended up with is not one they found him, my son found it on their website and to not honor a promise because of mistake on their end isnt good business. It gives that you took advantage of a 19 year old buying their first car. Very disappointed in how yall did my son and not a good look for your business. In response to your bs response below, i won’t go back and forth with you, y’all know what you did no matter how much you try dress it up! Accountability is something you guys need to learn!!! He is already having to put money into this car with the tires but y’all aren’t worried bc you got your money right…Disappointing is a understatement!
