I cannot say enough good things about Corona Motorsports. They are, without a doubt, the absolute go-to for service, parts and gear.

After walking my motorcycle nearly 2 miles (due to broken clutch cable) to another shop, only to be told they wouldn’t even look at it for at least a week, I was beyond frustrated. I ride daily, this isn’t a weekend thing for me that could wait. I already knew this other shop is bad (rhymes with Schmalcom Mith), but I broke down so close to it and I already keep a cable with me, so I thought, easy fix and I can get back to work…my mistake…

When I called Corona Motorsports, they didn’t hesitate for a second. Without missing a beat, Jim said, "Yeah, we’ll take care of you." And that’s exactly what they did.  They took care of it and had me back on the road and at work the same day!!!

If you ride, you know how much trust goes into choosing a shop. You’re literally trusting them with your life. That’s why I trust Jim and John with mine. They’ve been working on both of my bikes for years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are knowledgeable, beyond helpful, honest, and reliable—everything you want in a shop.

Jim won’t sell me anything I don’t need and he ALWAYS comes through for me. They are a huge reason why I can take my bikes for long extended rides through Utah, Montana, Idaho, Arizona and more and I know I don’t have to worry about mechanical issues. They will move mountains for me to make sure I have what I need before my trips and even afterwards. This kind of service is unheard of these days, I literally don’t know what I would do without them, I am so grateful they’re here.

Whether I’m in parts or service, they always treat me like family (the good kind!). Even the cashier is incredibly sweet and welcoming. I honestly can’t imagine a better place to bring my bikes or get my gear.

Great service by the different departments from sales guy Gus, the guys at the warehouse who helped me loading my bike into my van and everyone was pretty cool but special shout out to Lawrance at parts/accessories who took extra time for days to help me to get some parts for my bike that I wanted.
I will definitely be recommending this dealership for their great service and I definitely don’t regret driving about 2hrs from San Diego to Corona after the awesome service they provided.

This review mainly pertains to Ron, who helped me and my girlfriend throughout the entire process of buying our first bikes this past December. We went in looking to both get Ninja 400s, as they had two in the ABS model and color we were looking for. That same day, Ron told us to feel free to shop around and look at other dealers, but that he was sure they'd have the best pricing. He was not pushy at all or tried to keep us there like some dealers are known to do. Surely enough, we came back later that same day right before closing after shopping around a bit. Ron immediately recognized us from earlier and came to assist us in purchasing both bikes even though it was a bit after their closing hours. The financing process was seamless and very quick for two bikes. He worked with us both and got us priced out the door around what we were looking to spend while not trying to upsell us on any other warranties or services we weren't interested in. I'll be heading there again soon for my first service on the bike, and I'd definitely recommend checking out Corona Motorsports if they have a bike in stock that you're interested in. If I could give this place zero stars I would. . No one even cared that my husband and I were interested in,  purchasing a new 4 seater ATV.  No customer service whatsoever.  We were waiting roughly about 20mins to see who worked there to help us and No one bothered . So we are now heading elsewhere.

Hey guys here is my update we ended up at Temecula Motor sports ...not that bad of a drive ...every one there was very helpful and knowledgeable.  The staff there was friendly and inviting ,even tho they had customers. While i was there i saw 2 other Atvs being sold. Meaning they are interested in making a deal .Best part is that I came out with my new toy .Here I am excited with my new toy right after my delivery , temecula motor sports even brought me my camam to my house .
