I have gone to 3 other trailer places before i stopped in to see if Jaksons had what i was looking for, I was getting a trailer for my husband for our anniversary. I walked in the door and Ryan was so welcoming and knowledgeable amd personable. I told him what I was looking for and what I was attempting to do with out my husband knowing. Ryan showed me a few base models and a couple that were complete. Then he went above and explained and broke down the cost that it would be to accomplish what I wanted from a base model compared to one that was already complete and ready to go. I decided to go with a completed trailer and it was so quick and easy. Ryan even then took another step that I really appreciated, he stayed late so our friend was able to come and pick up the trailer since i did not have a hitch. Ryan had no problem staying to accommodate my needs. My experience here was the best experience I ever have had buyying a trailer and I will definitely recommend Jackson's Trailers to everyone looking for a trailer.

10000% recommend coming here for all your trailer needs. We were in a few weeks ago looking at trailers and unfortunately it didn’t work out at the time, but had no judgement and felt so welcomed. Came back today to try again & was able to leave with the trailer we wanted in less than 2 hours. John helped us with the financing process and treated us like we were one of his friends, they make it so comfortable there and make the process SO easy. After purchasing the trailer we went back to talk to Scott, one of the technicians. He was great!! Same thing, it was like we were friends just catching up. We talked to him for about 30 minutes about random stuff and it was really nice, we are so happy with Jackson’s trailers. Thankyou guys so much!! Will definitely be back in the future for any trailer needs.

Absolutely excellent customer service from John Veretto and everyone there at the Mesa location. They answered all questions and didn’t beat around the bush on anything. That is why we bought our trailer there. I actually called and recommended them to a couple of buddies before we left. 5 huge stars
