Another item from our online estate sale. Clarke floor polisher/buffers from the 1960s and 1970s sell for hundreds of dollars online because they're dependable workhorses from an age when American-made tools were manufactured to last a lifetime -- and quality contractors love the idea of working with the same tools their fathers and grandfathers used. This is one of those models: FM-12 Clarke Floor Maintainer. - 10-inch disc diameter - 20-foot power cord - 1/3 horsepower - 115 volts Condition: Good (quiet, works well, a few spots of rust, the electrical cord is old and should be replaced). Includes a 10-inch polishing brush. My father can't remember why he has it (he never used it), and it's been sitting in his garage for decades. So we're finally selling it. Priced to sell quickly.
