Ashley Furniture living room set. Stain free, does show signs of use but is in adequate condition. Smoke free home. Cat does live here and has left a few marks with claws as well as cat hair. Will be vacuumed and cleaned. Overall I'd say 6.5/10 condition. Nothing broken and all pieces are functional.
