This camper is the Utah model, which is the larger of the Coleman camper models. It has a weight of 2300lbs. It comes with a braking system and an auto brake disconnect. Everything inside works including the heater, stove, lights, sink, hot water pump, and fridge. I used this last winter while hunting and it kept me warm overnight in negative temps. It can hold two propane tanks (not included). It can hook up to a 220 RV outlet or a 110 standard outlet with included converter. There are no rips in the canvas. The top of the camper is losing the top coating. I have not seen any leaks or water damage inside through the rain and snow. You can chip it all off and buy truck bed liner to re-cover it. I just don’t have the time or space to do that. It includes some extras like the interior lights for each “room” and fans. They plug into the permanent lights. All paperwork is included and title in hand.
