Once you try a FreeMotion treadmill, gonna be difficult running on anything else. Unlike other treadmills OR running outside on hard road surface… this is very easy on knees, ankles, & joints thanks to the proprietary Reflex cushioning deck which absorbs motion. Very well maintained machine. There’s a reason Orange Theory uses them in all their gyms. If you don’t know any better, I guess you could run on anything.
