Everything is used but works. Controller and games are in working condition. I personally played all three to test. Comes with 2 memory cards, 1 controller, and 3 games: Arc the Lad Twilight of the Spirits, Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja 4, and Capcom vs SNK 2 Mark of the Millenium 2001.
