Javier at Seaview GMC was great to work with and basically found us our perfect truck. We came in to test drive a used Chevy truck and while we liked the vehicle, Javier could tell that we were not 100% satisfied with it. He asked me to describe my ideal truck and I told him I was looking for an AT4 diesel with a particular mileage. He said, "I think we may have just got one in." 5 minutes later he pulled up with the truck, freshly detailed and it even had a canopy, which I was planning to add. The whole sales process was low pressure and friendly and much quicker than my last experience elsewhere. I am hoping to get many years of use out of my new truck, but when I am looking for a replacement I'll definitely look here first.

Just got this beautiful blue Truck home. Went looking at new trucks yesterday and we ended up driving this gorgeous truck home. The sales representative Dominic was knowledgeable, professional, and if he didn’t know the answer to my truck question… he went and found it.  That’s better than sales, that’s sales / service / and appreciation.
Buying a truck like this is a major purchase. It certainly was for us. Dominic knew when my wife and I needed to talk and he allowed us some non pressured space.   The night ran long and the GM, Financial Manager, Dominic and us… All missed dinner.   I returned the next afternoon to drop some extra fobs. Dominic took some more time to help me further learn this pretty technical package in our new rig.
Dominic…not exactly knowing how or why we were so stumped. Dominic went straight to a sales team member and requested some assistance.  That is a true trusting team member to do that . I can’t emphasize that importance enough..  They put the customer first.
So far… Dominic and Seaview are on my very honorable recommended businesses list with my friends and family looking for a new vehicle.

I’ll be reviewing the service department next.
