The fabric is used with some wear, we recommend to have the chairs re-upholstered, please ask us for a quote on re-upholstery if you are interested. The condition of these two chairs is secure and sturdy, there are some aging imperfections/scratches/touch ups due to their age and as part of their wear and tear, see pictures.
