This item is brand new and has never been used. We didn't realize until after purchasing that the A/C connector is not compatible with our home's setup. The connector can easily be replaced with the correct one, which is available on Amazon. We decided not to go through the hassle of changing it ourselves. So we’re selling it. Reason for sale: Threw box away which couldn’t return it.
