One thing is, do not try to communicate with them by email, just call them or talk to them in person. I think our emails got lost somehow because they didn't reply to all of them; but when we called them, Cecilia helped us work through the cost and process so quickly and efficiently we ended up buying the car the same day! Check out the car thoroughly before buying to make sure it is what you want, but if it is this is a reliable and genuine dealer. They don't add on $2000 of extra fees like "repurposing costs" like some other shady dealers, just simple document processing fee and a few small costs. They are very kind and real people. They even made sure to clean the car while we were signing the documents so it was clean and ready to go by the time we left. I am very impressed with their service. Love the people and love my car!!!
