Pls Contact for the description I have posted...Both posted would be better in my evaluation for use on someone's lot for stationary usage but the 1986 trailer is towable but a project and could be made into a functional camper but not really as of this moment ...(2) Good rolling candidates - RV's for instant home, ideally someone looking for dwelling unit to put on a lot semi-permanently instead of on the public roads... PLEASE !!! READ BEFORE CONTACT OR TEXTING ----------------------------------------- CLARIFYING THIS POST THIS IS (2) Good rolling candidates 1) tiny travel trailer is towable & 1) class A motorhome posted - It runs drivable on the acreage it's sitting on... Sorry, it ain't driving anywhere else unless sold or it can be towed reasonable $$ locally...so yes it's been used, yet a sat for a while, interior accessories work lights etc...starts runs moves stops...not street worthy, so if interested pls contact for more info
