However, the actual physical structure of the board can withstand much greater force. Setup To use the Wii Balance Board, you need to synchronize it with your Wii console. You can do this by inserting the Wii Fit Plus disc, opening the battery compartment on the board, and opening the SD Card slot cover on the Wii console.
