Less than 1 year old Excellent condition. No tears, stains, or odors. Like new. Perfect Condition. Non-smoking home. Recently moved and sectional doesn't fit new space. We like the style and comfort so well that we ordered a sofa in the same style and leather. Copy of the receipt is the last pic. Paid $10,729 a year ago. Asking $3800
