You can use the weights before 30 days because it will slowly get stronger everyday, when you get the weights they will already be half strength(2000 psi) and be able to use without too much worry of it still not being strong enough to use. There is a pvc pipe for your chosen specific bar either Olympic(2inches diameter) or standard(1 inch diameter) So your bar would not break in the inside if the weight slam when you rack. They will take 7 days until pickup because they have to sit 5 days being watered twice everyday so it doesn't dry up and have rough texture, after five days the painting process is done, 3 layers of black paint will be added face,back, and diameter of weight, this will give the weight a smoother texture and little to no cement dust! IF the paint texture seems to be falling or tear you can always paint it yourself, it WILL NOT affect the strength of the concrete!
