Works great! Been in storage unit for a year now. The Honeywell MN12CES is a portable air conditioner that can cool and dehumidify areas up to 450 square feet. It has a 12,000 BTU capacity and uses 3M electrostatic filter and an environmentally friendly compressor. It also has a window venting kit and doesn't require permanent installation. The MN12CES has an auto evaporation system that automatically evaporates condensate through the air outlet hose. It also has a full-function remote control that allows you to operate each feature from across the room.
