I had this idea of a dream Starcaster floating around in my head for a few years. My favorite Starcaster body is the Contemporary Ice Blue Metallic (discontinued color) model but the nearly unfinished blonde maple neck is lousy. I prefer the gloss amber look of the neck on the Classic Vibe. My idea was to take what I love about each and make the ultimate Starcaster… so I did. This arch top semi-hollow body guitar is as close to new condition as you could hope to find because it’s been in a case unplayed much of its life. No damage nor issues and all the active electronics are stock and sound terrific. Asking $360.00, a Classic Vibe neck costs between $150.00 and $200.00 if you can find one.
