I bought a used bmw 335i about 2 1/2 years ago. I was in the area looking at a different car but it was really scratched up so I decided to look in the area and found mesa motors. I then just showed up unannounced and instantly fell in love with the car. However on my first and second test drive the serpentine belt snapped. I then came back a little later, and he said it had the wrong alternator on it, fixed the situation and I went home in the car. A few days later it was acting up (because of the old belt that snapped, there was still a pice in the engine) he told me to bring it back explained to me why that was happening and fixed it in a day. Since then have only had a few small problems (to be expected when buying any car especially a used one with 100k miles). He worked really well with payments and everything. Thank you!

Buying a used car is an experience that needs patience and clear communication on both the seller and buyer. Realizing that you are not buying a new vehicle with everything factory fresh is the first step in that process. My experience with the purchase of an Audi A6 was nothing short of amazing at Mesa motors. Mosen the owner went out of his way to make me comfortable from the moment of first contact. No pressure at all. Offered a test drive to evaluate the vehicle at my leisure. When I returned with the vehicle and discussed an issue I uncovered he told me that he would take care of it and after the purchase he did just that. He also facilitated contact with a credit union for the financing of the purchase. All in all I could not be happier with everything during this process and would highly recommend to anyone come experience for yourself the before and after the sale experience of Mesa Motors.

I bought a car from Mesa Motors last fall. Mosen was very nice and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. It's always scary buying a used car, but Mosen made the experience very pleasant and my car has been so great to me! Thank you!

Beware of Mesa Motors and the owner “Mosen”.  He sold me a car (Mini Cooper S) that broke down one week later.  The car started to sputter and lose power and the transmission was having trouble kicking into gear. The the check engine light turned on.  When I bought the car Mosen said he tuned up the car with new spark plugs and that the engine and transmission were good.  I took it to Magic Auto Tune in Valencia to see what was going on with the car and they said that there is a massive leak coming from the valve Cover, the Direct Ignition Coil was shot, Spark Plugs were shot and coils needed to be replaced. This was causing a misfire in the cylinder causing the car to feel like it had transmission problems. The Thermostat was also bad so they had to replace it...  When I contacted Mosen (Owner) he was no help.   He said to bring the car back and he would have his mechanic look at it and we would have to pay for repairs.  Now...  why would I do that when the owner Mosen said his mechanic tuned up the car before selling it and obviously this was a lie because the computer diagnostics was telling the mechanic I took it too that the car was misfiring because the spark plugs and coils were shot?   I told him he should really pay for the repairs after giving him $8200 for the car or even half of the $2200 it is costing to repair.  He said no way, that the car is sold as is and it’s my responsibility now.  So now I’m writing this review in hopes that no one else gets swindled out of money like I did buying from Mesa Motors in Pacoima.  The guy outright lies in your face that he checks all the cars he sells.  He doesn’t even apologize and try to make it right.  Run from this place.

PS- Look at this guy's reply below. He says he only collected $7960 and I attached the receipt.  Another Lie.
