This smoker is a great addition to any outdoor arsenal. It's very easy to use and produces meat with pronounced smoke flavor. With the Bradley puck system, you can choose multiple different wood types for all different flavors. It will hold up to 9 hours of pucks for longer cooks, and it's fully automated and advances a puck every 30 minutes for clean smoke flavor. It's been upgraded with an additional 500W heating element, so when you need to open the door, it will rebound much faster than the stock unit.
