I bought a car with these wanna be dealership people and they “as is” purchased a vehicle from whoever they get their vehicles from without checking how the vehicle runs, if locks work properly, if the trunk opens or not more specifically if the car keys work to open the trunk! As I’m inspecting the car asking if they will get the trunk open and other things fixed before I purchase the vehicle I was promised their mechanic would fix it with an appointment scheduled. Here at my “appointment” two weeks later and the managers telling me the costs to open the trunk is up to me and to contact a lock smith! The manager here is inconsiderate immature and rude! I asked her if they just purchase vehicles without proper inspections or at least making sure the trunk can open and she said they do proper inspections, when asked “so my vehicle you guys didn’t make sure the trunk can open” she responded saying “if that’s what you want to hear” it’s a yes or no question and she literally choked on her own words! “In this case” so not to mention the $1000 I spent on parts for my boyfriend to fix the vehicle with all the issues it had this place is the worse place to even consider purchasing from! The lack of knowledge,  professionalism, maturity and humanity all falls back to the management! Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE or regret it after!

I am so thrilled with the entire experience of my vehicle purchase with Pedro at all approved The vehicle was in the condition as advertised, price was reasonably negotiated, AND I had a few great conversations with the staff at this location! Thank you to the whole crew, but especially Pedro! He kept communicating with me for two days while I asked all my annoying questions and he was able to work with my crazy schedule to get the deal done! Go see these great folks and enjoy an awesome buying experience!

List of the car for $4400 on Facebook. When I called about it, they said that it would be $5,000 (with taxes and "fees") if I paid cash. If I wanted to finance, it would be $1,800 down payment with a total amount financed of $7,000.  I don't know how either of these values is actually $4,400.

I also asked if I could take it to my mechanic for them to give it a pre-purchase inspection, and they said that they would only allow a mechanic to come to them.  No mechanic who owns the shop is actually going to leave their shop to go and do an inspection at some random place.

Two strikes that these guys are not representing well, and I haven't even gone to see the car yet. You have been warned.

Run!!!!!! This place is scam central. I know desperation is tough but it is not worth it in the end. I purchased a jeep there 3 days later the car broke down on the 408. When I called to speak to them about it. They checked the car and found out the head gasket blew then spoke and blamed me like it was my fault it broke down in 3 days. They refused to refund me or place me in another car without putting down more money. The biggest scam artists I have ever seen. Please go anywhere else but this place. I gave it one star because I had no choice. Run!!!!!!
