Tannoy M1000. 15” Super Red Monitor dual-concentric driver in a huge 230 litre cabinet, large enough to fit a 6ft adult inside. It’s hard to convey the imposing size of these things with a photo. They are gentle giants with both sensitivity and high power handling. The single point sound source helps phase coherence for excellent stereo imaging. Widely used in iconic recording studios since the 80s. fantastic sound, one of the best in the Tannoy company!!! similar ones were used at the Melodiya recording studio in the USSR JBL vintage Altec Sony reel to reel cassette amplifier turntable klipsh receiver vinyl record
