This is a Family owed company that I was and still am very impressed with. The customer service here is excellent. Everything one would hope for. My experience with this company was actually tested, When after a couple months had passed in not receiving our registration and plates, the company responded rapidly to resolve the issue, which had nothing to do with them. When we purchased the car we had placed a small deposit of only $1000. They held the car for us over a week as potential customers kept hounding them to sell it from underneath us. They honored our deposit and ultimately sold us the coolest little car. We love it and would recommended zas Motors to anyone looking to buy a quality car for a great price with really great customer service. . .

I've purchased many vehicles throughout my life, and this by far has been the best experience so far. The level of professional and genuine kindness my son and I received is unprecedented. Absolutely zero pressure to buy or sales tactics. Zamair and Mohammed were incredible to work with, I cannot say enough good things. The entire purchase was very smooth and efficient. They were completely transparent about everything and the entire process took no more than a couple hours. My son has a beautiful newer car at a price that we couldn't have found anywhere else. Better than any dealership. This is what a car purchase should be like. You can tell they have personal ethics and are quality people. A little over a month ago I started looking all over for a Volvo s60, I was looking for a model with a particular interior color and black exterior. I came across ZAS motors and they had the exact vehicle I wanted with low mileage at a great price.  I had already been approved for financing at a different dealership but it wasn’t the exact car I wanted and it had higher mileage. I decided to fill out the financing application online just to see what might come of it.  I should mention that I live in North Carolina, so I knew that would be something to contend with.  I was contacted by Sayed and he informed me that I was approved, and it turned out it was much better terms than the other place. Monthly payments were only slightly higher but a 48 month term instead of 72 month. Much lower interest rate. Sayed was quick to answer my questions and helped me through the process working with me through email and phone to get all the documents in order.  I found a company to ship to car and Sayed was available to meet the driver at the lot at anytime, even after hours.  He helped get the title sent out overnight so I could register the vehicle in North Carolina. The whole process took about 2 weeks, including the shipping time. I have had the car for a few weeks now and I have zero complaints or issues. It’s in excellent condition. Drives like a dream.  I can honestly say ZAS motors is a great place to get a car from.
