This AC unit is perfect for my home I would not be selling if HOA would allow us to keep window mounted units, so I need to sell it. Interested parties only. Normal wear and tear has dry, auto, cool and fan. Please note this AC will bring winter into your home seriously it’s really cold on high setting. I’m not kidding. And if you allow it to run for a good 2 hours it will cool your entire upstairs mine upstairs is about 900ft with three bedrooms all doors open and it was cooler upstairs than downstairs with this thing running in one bedroom window.
