I purchased a new 2025 Ram 1500 Big Horn. Overall, the deal went well and I’m satisfied with the vehicle. The price was good, and the paperwork was handled quickly and without issues.

However, there is one “but.” When buying the truck, I was told I could choose a small bonus — either side steps to make it easier to get into the vehicle, or a plastic bed liner. I chose the side steps. Later, I found out that side steps already come standard with my trim from the factory. In other words, I was misled.

Aside from that, the truck is great and I’m happy with my purchase. But because of this situation, I don’t plan to buy another vehicle from this dealership, even though I had initially planned to get my first vehicle for myself and the next one for my company.

Be careful. Don’t take their word for it — verify everything so you don’t end up being deceived.

I just recently bought a new 2023 truck there only had 17 miles on it. Not only did they try to sneak in an extra $5000 on the deal. When I brought that to the attention of the finance lady she still snuck in extra money by removing it from the tax line and placing it on the vehicle. When I arrived after flying in from Missouri I was blindsided with a huge scratch down the fender of the truck. I got a we owe on a new fender and trim for the windows as they were dented. I have been told it is in the mail but I have not received a tracking number for the fender and one of the window trims was scratched when it arrived. I have sent pictures to the sales manager via email and have not gotten a response. I got a survey from them at 11pm last night and when I clicked on it this morning it said my link had expired.  Do yourself a favor and get a truck anywhere else. Even if you think it’s a great deal. It’s not. They are super shady.  I now have to file complaints with all kinds of people just because they don’t want to be transparent. I also have a feeling getting my tags is going to be a problem. Seeing as they took the extra money they were trying to sneak in off the tax line so I still end up over paying for the truck from the deal we made and I will probably end up owing more taxes.  Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

Rigo and Bryan made the process super easy, we didn’t have that back and forth wasting time with numbers. Would recommend if getting a car here to ask for them.

Also, the signing process was very easy, it’s all done digital.

It took hour and a half to try the car, negotiate price, sign and leave with a new car.

Very upset with the whole company I bought a sprinter van from them 7months ago I live in California I paid for Licensing and shipping license was about 800$ and shipping was about 2000$ when it was delivered back in December 2024 it didn’t run which was not cool sense on the post said runs…. I’m pretty handy so I replaced a few hoses and glow plugs etc… turbo is going out as well. Still wasn’t a big issue.. the biggest issue was the registration after 50+ calls they sent me a temporary Registration for one month then 50+ ignored calls they just now are for fitting registration and sent me a check for $276 which does not cover registration. Super unhappy with Daniel and finance people
