It has been very lightly used and is in excellent condition. We're only parting with it because it doesn’t fit in our new space. Please note: this is part of a sectional and does not have a finished arm on the left side, so it's ideal for someone who already owns part of the Big Sur sectional or wants a nice couch in a smaller space.
