If you're looking for an additional tiny dwelling with a single bed, and pull out bed from the table kitchenette and simple bathroom, this is it! We've been using this as an occasional crash pad for family and friends. Brand new exterior paint with custom mural. New interior paint. Kitchen: hood does not work but the indicators for tanks do. Propane stovetop works, oven does not. Fridge works. Plumbing throughout works if you use the tank but cannot be run off of an exterior hose, too much pressure. Bedroom: comfortable single bed. Dinette turns into second comfortable bed. Radiant heater warm and efficient. Bathroom: cassette toilet, vent fan works. Lots of storage throughout. No weird smells. All electrical works. Panel in back of trailer has water damage. Needs to be replaced. Pricing includes all furniture and decor!
