Life happens which resulted in selling my 2020 Harley Road Glide. 😢 I rec'd MY asking price, which was reasonable. I originally went to the surrounding #harleydavidson dealers and was completely underbid...shocking!  Harley is and always has been about Harley.  Online I found Onyx Moto and did the online bid, which came back higher than Harley.  Rec'd call from Onyx and discussed the sale. The professionalism and courtesy was outstanding and truly appreciated. I had my bike listed for sale online & a gentleman was intersted in my bike so referred him over to Onyx, who I was told does financing.  In the future my first stop will be Onyx Moto.  Amazing folks, not the typical dealership.  Has nice seating area, tv, beverages, lots of different makes to choose from, including Harley and electric, which I found interesting but still a no fron me! 😅 Thank you Onyx Moto for making this an easy transition.

I live in New Hampshire and I found the bike I absolutely LOVED, all the way out in Lemon Grove at Onyx Moto! I made an inquiry and they reached out immediately and worked well with me on the price and had the bike out to me all the way across the country in a little less than 2 weeks. I have bought different bikes from different dealers before and this place just does it right over them all! Errol is the guy to go to and he makes everything streamlined and very easy to understand going through the purchasing process quickly. He's got phenomenal customer service and answered all my questions/concerns with thoroughness! Got myself a new R1 and the shop at Onyx checks it out fully to spec, verifies all the torques, all fresh fluids, etc.. on the entire bike from top to bottom of every component before you roll out the door with your new whip. Definitely will be a returning customer here for my futy bikes. 💪🏼

Very smooth transactions purchasing 2016 Thruxton 2016 with Errol. I already know what bike I like when I went to the dealer and Errol sense it made a detail presentation about the features of the bike safety, performance, options, finances and including maintenance. He is very knowledgeable, enjoyable and genuine. He presented very respectable person and valued my choices, my time and what I will I commit. The transaction went smooth and no hassle. The negotiation is the best part of my experience because of his cooperation and willing to adjust with the numbers. The transferring titles and closing policy administration is very organize and accurate in a timely manner. The show room is very clean, staff are very friendly (J Asian, Justin, Yvette and Jerico), there’s free drink concessions. Maintenance guys are very engaging and doesn’t act like know it all.
