I purchased a used 2004 Honda Pilot from this dealership, and within a week the vehicle developed multiple major issues. The transmission overheats and slips to the point where the car won’t drive, the radiator has problems, and the check engine light shows catalytic converter failure (P0420). None of these issues were disclosed at the time of sale — I was told the only problem was cosmetic.

When I reached out, the dealership acted as though they wanted to help, but their responses were slow and dismissive. Instead of standing behind what they sold, their priority seems to be protecting their bottom line.

I understand that used cars can have issues, but failing to disclose serious mechanical problems and then dragging their feet when confronted shows poor business practices. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from them — inspect carefully, get an independent mechanic’s opinion, and be aware that this dealership does not stand behind its vehicles.

Ryan is a very nice guy. He always assured me he would be happy to help if anything was wrong with the car after purchasing. The car slections are all clean and well maintained. They have a variety type of cars as well.

The reason for 4 star is I haven't made a purchase here but was treated welcomed.
