Description
Townie by Electra 27.5” 650B mm Heavy duty Ebike wheels. Disk Brake type without axles so just swap yours in. Originally $500. Asking $150 for both. ($80 for the front. $70 for the rear). Upgrade your cruiser, mountain, or e-bike above older or lower priced stock. 27.5” 650B mm CLINCHER FRONT WHEEL 27.5” 650B mm CLINCHER FRONT WHEEL * Tire: $60 msrp 2.6” Kenda Kwick Seven-5 KS E-BIKE50. Reflective sidewall strip for visibility. “K-SHIELD” layer of light, flexible rubber containing aramid and ceramic particles for increased center tire puncture resistance and increase tire life. * E-BIKE CERTIFIED 50 kmph or 31mph (ECE-R75) & smooth ride. * 2.0-3.5” tube compatible. * 100mm fork (standard size) * I may have the original front brake disk. I don’t need it, but it’s best to swap over your disks to match brakes. 27.5” 650B mm CLINCHER REAR WHEEL XDS CAM XD172 27.5 584X35 * disk brakes * 130mm fork (standard size) * Dependable 9-speed Shimano cassette * Improved drive rigidity * Wide flange hub for high rigidity/power * Heavy duty spoke * Good condition both with 2 paint superficial scrapes on the front and a spot of deeper scratches that didn’t interfere but may need sanding down and repainting on that one. It is 700c, * quick release hub type. * no concavity or undue wear. * Bearings roll free and smooth. * Rims are not new condition but the bearings had low to very low use. They were in storage half their 2 year old life. Priced roughly 75% off for the scratched are on the rear. Optional Fenders are $20 for the set. History: Front wheel seems perfect as I believe my 75 year old neighbor had the bike one year. The rear has two superficial scrapes of paint only in one spot.. plus some deep scratches/nicks near the side which don’t affect use. I’ll toss in some paint and sandpaper if wanted locally. Likely due to movement in storage due to location on rim. (bike has been sold and it test rode well with only this front wheel, installed on it). Rear wheel appears mechanically good and true, so the dings are superficial. These wheels had low miles, and light use at 7 mph max on that non electric mountain bike pictured. (a smaller 27.5” wheel in front looked ok with the 29” on the back btw). He said he paid $500 for the wheels.
