We had been looking for a Mercedes GLS 450. We live in Northwest Arkansas and the selection was slim. We found our new one here at Dart. They made the buying process easy and well worth the 5 hour drive. Everyone was friendly and courteous at the dealership and the car was exactly like advertised. Best of all we were in and out of the dealership quickly as the tag was on the car and the paperwork was ready. We highly recommend!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! We bought a “13” passenger transit van , however it only had 9 seats. They’ve been telling us the seats are coming for 3 months. They gave us temporary plates that expired and still haven’t given us the plates cause the van couldn’t pass inspection. Communication is poor. They were more than happy to take our money. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . FRAUD. STAY AWAY!

Save yourself the mental stress and headache and do not buy a car from these scammers. The worst experience I ever had buying a car I’m not sure how they are not shut down by the DMV yet. They took 4 months to send me plates, knowing my temporary plates were expired. I paid for the car in full cash and still have not received my title. I have called them multiple times and will not give me a proper answer on when I will receive the title. They sent me the wrong bill of sale and won’t send me the correct one, as a result I can’t even go to the tax office and ask for an update on my titles arrival. I spoke to a lawyer and it turns out what they are doing is actually ILLEGAL, and I should have received my title a long time ago. I’m starting to think they’ve scammed me and the car does not have a title. First off, making a customer drive on an expired plate for a month and a half is completely unprofessional and I even got pulled over for it and there was nothing I could do as it was out my control. Additionally, the title takes 4-5 weeks max to arrive. It is now August 31 and I have not received it. It’s been 5 months since I purchased the car. They keep redirecting me to different people at the dealership and all of them keep ghosting me. I have called countless times and no one at the dealership has helped me.

I really would like to thank Mr Carlos for his determination and patience. To make I got the vehicle I wanted.  The team work between his self and Mr Alex. Let me know that there are still good salesman that care for the customer.  Thank you two again 🤲🏾

They sold me a car with mold and since been in and out of hospital..thought these spots was dirt saw 2wks after got truck but did mold test year n half later cause it had spreaddd and it's mold was like this after got car and host of other issues they scammed me and ruin my health and life please go else where...take pictures of ur cars when u get them if any issues just in case u have to sue them..don't be like me and trusted them and get screwed every way..
