Hood Community College, Safeway, Self-storage, and a large Amazon shipping facility. The airport is less than half an hour away. We prefer an annual lease but can do a six-month rental agreement. The rent is $1250/month, $1100 security deposit. Unlimited well water and garbage service are included. Electricity is included in the rent for one occupant. $100 additional electrical fee for an additional occupant.
