I recently visited Guaranteed Auto with optimism and an open mind, based on their wide selection of vehicles. As someone with over 30 years of experience in the automotive business—specializing in vehicle evaluation, buying, and selling—I approached the process with both enthusiasm and a critical eye.

The dealership offers a large inventory, and depending on what you're looking for, there is potential to find a worthwhile vehicle. In my case, I was interested in a higher-mileage vehicle that was reasonably priced. The staff, especially Ahmed, were courteous, attentive, and demonstrated a willingness to assist throughout the process, which I truly appreciated.

However, after a test drive and further assessment, I noted some mechanical concerns, specifically related to the transmission. Additionally, cosmetic and structural issues such as a damaged driver’s seat and a detached front panel were present. I was informed that these matters would be addressed before the vehicle was released.

Upon returning for pickup after investing several hours, I found that the initial concerns remained unresolved—the same warning codes were present, and the physical repairs had not been completed to the level I was expecting. This was understandably disappointing, especially given the time and effort involved.

While I commend the professionalism of the staff and acknowledge that individual experiences may vary, I would encourage future buyers—particularly those considering older, high-mileage vehicles—to conduct independent inspections and ensure all agreed-upon repairs are verified prior to finalizing a purchase.

Based on this experience, I do not anticipate returning, but I hope this feedback supports others in making informed decisions.
