Description

One single sided and one dual (2) sided Williams Natural Gas Top Vent Wall Furnaces (heaters). We just moved into a house, both of the units work perfect and were inspected and turned on by the gas company. We have uninstalled them as we are planning to install central air/heating. I do not know the BTU rating for either unit. These retail for around $850 for single sided and $1,200 for dual sided brand new, $2,000 for both new. These do not come with thermostats. Those can be purchased separately online or at a store. You can use both to easily heat a 1,500 sq ft house. That’s the size of house they came out of. Yours for $800. Savings of $1,200 off what new ones would cost. Delivery available to the greater LA area for $100 more. I do not offer install, but can recommend a great contractor.
