Had this carpet cleaner for a year but never ended up having a big use for it. For the most part, it is like brand new. It’s only been used only a couple of times, so can guarantee it works. At the time purchased, was the only at home carpet cleaner on the market that actually has full STEAM capabilities. Like a Rug Dr you’d rent from Home Depot.
