Fabric is in excellent condition. Used less than 10x as they were in a game room with a pool table that was rarely used as well. Sofa is perfect. Love seat has stripped holes where legs go in. Easy fix for a handy man. Fabric is still flawless. I paid 700+ tax and delivery. This is a steal ! Couches were recently sanitized and had any dust from sitting removed. Great product
