My son and I had a great experience with Shamrock Motors.  Matt is by far the best sales rep I have ever worked with.  He was kind, patient and incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process.  Making it super easy for me and my son (first time purchaser) to understand everything. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was good for us and he did it all with honesty and absolutely zero pressure.  From test derive to purchase he handled everything perfectly. My Lovely Bride & I needed a second car. Our Friend Sunny suggested we visit Shamrock Auto in Windsor Ct. We drove from Chicopee Mass to Windsor Ct. We did our homework on their website and were interested in a Honda Accord. When we arrived we look around for a few minutes until we found our gem. Mike there sales representative met us outside and began to help us. He told us no pressure at all I’ll be inside if you need me. He went inside and got us the key to the vehicle. After a test ride we wanted the vehicle. We asked Mike to start the paperwork for the sale. He politely took care of my wife, got the paperwork completed and we were on our way. Mike did a lot of extra paperwork for us after we left, he said we could pick up the vehicle tomorrow. We got what we needed on our end, and again Mike came through for us calling our insurance representative. We both feel Mike has went above and beyond for us.

The team made the entire car-buying process incredibly easy and stress-free. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and welcoming—not just to us, but to our dogs as well, which meant a lot.

Matt was extremely helpful throughout my journey to buy a first car for myself. He made sure the process went smooth and easy, and that the car could fulfill my wants and needs. It was a very good experience and I would absolutely recommend getting a car there. Charlie was also an amazing help to finish the final details of the process while Matt cleaned the car himself for me!! Me and my family absolutely loved this place and every staff member made sure we had drinks and were comfortable the whole entire time.

I had a great experience with Shamrock Motors!! I came into the store interested in two different vehicles. I was able to work with both Matt and Charlie for getting me all of the information, making sure the test drives were smooth, and finalizing the sale all while making me feel like a priority. No pressure and genuine advice on what to do - especially considering I have never gone through a car buying process before.  Would recommend for others 10/10.
