My entire experience was pretty dismal. The sales staff are under trained and have an insufficient knowledge base of the vehicles they’re selling. To this moment I still haven’t received an answer to the exact maximum towing and payload capacities of the new Ram 3500 Limited I just purchased. After leaving the dealership and upon arriving home I discovered the emblem on the hood of my truck said 2500 instead of 3500. I immediately called the dealership on my way back there to tell them they had sent me home in the wrong truck. On arrival at the dealership as I got out of the truck and out of curiosity I noticed the passenger side of the hood had a 3500 emblem. I was really upset. Instead of taking me inside the sales person made me wait in the parking lot (I’m guessing so that other customers wouldn’t overhear what we were talking about). A couple of people came out about 5 minutes later and started looking over the truck. They all appeared to be in disbelief. And assured me that it was just the emblem, that the truck was indeed a 3500 according to the VIN. However how am I supposed to know for sure? There’s nothing on the engine to indicate that it’s actually the correct model. They based their decision from the VIN and the rear suspension. There were no questions like “How do we make this right for you?” Or “We’re very sorry this happened and this is what we’re going to do for you to make it right.” I even had to go back the next day and stand around for 45 minutes to make sure they ordered the right emblem for the truck. Update: Two days later the service dept calls me to say the hitch I requested is in. I ask them about the incorrect hood emblem and my second key fob and they’re like “what?” Put me on hold. Went and talked to sales. Got back on the phone and said they talked to sales and sales said “Whoop’s”. We’ll order your parts, they should be here by Friday. Service and parts definitely my people Extremely helpful as I’ve posted reviews for these depts. Sales guys are really lacking. Overall I’m really disappointed with my experience. I think the response was pretty nonchalant. I got the impression no one was happy about working there and even heard the detail mgr yelling at some of the employees. I don’t know. Maybe this is how Dodge/Ram handles customers and customer service. My last four new vehicles have been Toyotas so maybe I just had higher expectations. I wound up with the ever elusive unicorn of Ram trucks. #Dodge/Ram 3000 #SquatchRam #LochNessRam

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had finding a vehicle. The staff was willing to work with me. Never once did they try to up sell me or make me buy ridiculous add ons. Ryan, Mike, and Josh knocked it out of the park with customer satisfaction. Everyone was professional and strait to the point. I would highly recommend if you or anyone you know is in the market for a vehicle new or used this is the dealership you want to go to! Thank you CDJR!!

My experience with Margaret at the Morgan Hill Dodge Ram service department was exceptional.

Both my trucks had recalls and Margaret went above and beyond, she arranged a loaner vehicle as one of the recalls would take longer to fix.

She was incredibly helpful. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. If you need service for your Dodge or Ram, be sure to ask for Margaret!

The dealership was clean and the waiting area was comfortable.   Water and coffee was available.   The staff was friendly and performed my warranty repair quickly. My cell phone holder was broken after the service but I can't say it was done by the service staff as it was a couple of years old and may have just given up.

Experience was better this time than the first time I had my car serviced there and thus 5 stars.  Here are the reasons why:

1.  They put up signs on the service area indicating which side was the exit.  The last time there were no signs indicating which way to enter and was criticized for driving my vehicle in "the wrong way."   Well, if there were signs indicating the direction to begin with.....
2.  Someone (didn't catch their name unfortunately) was available to start the paperwork and discuss the needs for my vehicle.  No waiting at all!  Plus they were friendly, courteous and respectful.
3.  They didn't try to upsell me on more expensive services.  They mentioned a couple of service schedules and i chose the one i felt was best for my needs.  The last time i was there (2024) they tried to upsell me service (over $2k) indicating this was "due to the age of the car."  Regardless of the age (2019), at the time it only had ~45k miles on it.  I opted for what i took it in for, standard maintenance schedule.
