Comes as shown with bulbs, rough condition housing and has tint on the lenses but can definitely clean up if wanted. Typical rust on the rings, but Good of you want to restore and customize or have the headlight intake ducts done. Asking $400 obo, best offer gets them. Pick up in Escondido CA or can ship at the buyer's expense
