On 3/15/25 I purchased a Nissan Murano for my 17 year old daughter. Within 2 days the stereo stopped working. I called to set up an appointment (they said they would make it right) and was delayed over and over due to staff shortage. Eventually taking it else where. Turns out there's a serious electrical problem. Headlights go on and off, Heat/ac works when it wants. Still unresolved $300 later to have it diagnosed. Two weeks ago, she broke down on the Turnpike. I had it towed ($220) and repaired ($1700) rusted oil pan, alternator/belt, catalytic converter and coolant leak. Received the car back 6 days ago and now transmission issues. I thought, "no problem, I have a powertrain warranty". That turns out to be partially true. They pay $70 an hour for labour. With a max payout of 2k. So, I can either pay the additional $150 an hour labour and the additional 3k it's a going to cost. Instead I'll take the 8k loss and junk it. These guys are so super nice and reassuring and will promise you they will make "things right". In reality, you're left holding the bag. I admitted, the excellent reviews gave me a level of comfort. Maybe they are mostly a great place to buy used vehicles from. But sadly, it didn't work out for me. I've been offered $500 for my piece of crap.
