I ended up going back here twice. Both days were great experiences with highly qualified salespeople. On day two, I took home a truck. We had an easy purchase, no high-pressure BS, and we interacted not only with our salesperson but also with the owner. This was a great experience. I would have no problems at all going back and making another car purchase here! Wonderful people. Wonderful experience.

Ok guys so check this out I’m gonna start by saying these dudes sold me a straight lemon. So I went on site at around 12 looking for a king ranch I wanted, when I got there it was already sold and they show me this XLT that’s “kinda the same” so I’m checking it out and what not and the dude talks me into getting it and I ask him straight up IS THERE ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT he said no so I take a look at everything and I see a little usage in the interior and they had just drove it and it sounded fine. So I take out a 10,000 loan out for this 2010 xlt f150 and give them the money and I come back the same night for it.. I load my kids up and start driving it home (20 mins away) and immediately it starts knocking. I tried calling them and no answer but they did close and waited for me to pick it up so the next day I call and the guy says he’ll get the sales person to call me back and nothing happens. After days and 2 weeks of nonstop texting these people I finally get a call back and the owner basically told me to get bent DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE I am now having to hire a lawyer I can actually prove the codes were deleted before buying it and it’s an auction vehicle ALSO if you do feel the need to buy from these people they do NOT tell you about the warranty they have and will claim you declined it see my photos for everything. I even have the sale recorded from walking out of my car to them selling it to me I’m not spending 10 grand on a truck that doesn’t work I didn’t even get to drive it but 2 days

And upon noticing the price it seems I bought at sticker price but they made it seem like it was 13k (I’m really telling yall it’s a VERY shady place)

Here’s the deal don’t come here and think that you’re getting ripped off. If you want a perfect vehicle then please go to a newer car lot. These folks take time to ensure that when they sell you a vehicle diesel or gas that it is running to the best of their ability. If they tell you “You might want to get it serviced” just do it. It’s a used lot folks not everything is going to be perfect. They have no problem with you bringing your own mechanics to give you peace of mind.

My husband’s experience was great from contacting Noah to look at this truck to test driving to selling it to us. They had the truck pulled out and ready for my husband to test drive before we got there. It’s a 2012 F-350 super duty 6.7L diesel. It’s a small family run business. Everyone was very polite and professional. Any questions we had after purchase has been answered. We bought the truck 01/04/2025 and waited a few days before reviewing as well to ensure everything was taken care of and smooth.

If you want something that has a warranty or even after market warranty this is not the place for you. There is no financing at this lot. So bring cash or financing approval with you.

I recently purchased a 2023 F-150 from this dealership, and while the initial buying process seemed smooth, the follow-through after the sale was extremely disappointing.

At the time of purchase, the truck was not properly detailed—it was dirty and looked like it had just been covered up with Armor All. Because of that, I was given a written and signed agreement by my salesperson (Mike) stating I would be reimbursed $100 for detailing. I was also told I would receive an additional key fob.

A few weeks later, when I returned for my registration, I asked about the reimbursement and the extra fob. I was then told it was “not their deal” and that I needed to speak directly with Mike. That response makes no sense—your salesperson represents your dealership. If something is written, agreed to, and signed during the sale, the dealership should honor it regardless of who handled the deal.

Even more frustrating, they weren’t willing to hear me out or take responsibility. There was no effort to resolve the issue or make it right.

The truck itself is great, but the lack of accountability after the sale left a bad impression. Be careful to make sure everything is fully handled before you leave, because getting support afterward may be a challenge…..

I want to correct a few things from your response.

The $100 detailing reimbursement has not been provided, and the additional key fob listed on the signed We-Owe (“1 FOB to program by customer”) has also not been fulfilled.

Both of these items are clearly documented on the agreement.

At this point, I’m simply asking for all items on the signed We-Owe to be honored as agreed. I have a copy of the document and can provide it if needed.

I’d prefer to resolve this directly, but I do expect this to be handled appropriately.
