I bought a work van from Joe, he just closed right away at the vehicle. Had been in an accident and had a salvage title and that there is some severe cosmetic issues. He had replaced the brakes seat covers + other things that need to be done prior to even trying to sell it to us upon test drive. The vehicle ran great and was in good shape for the age. After we agreed on a price for the vehicle he said that he had to finish doing one more inspection on the vehicle just to make sure everything was proper. He called me that night saying that the oxygen sensor had gone off during his inspection process from the check engine light and that he was getting it replaced but didn't have the part on him. At the time. When we went and picked it up, he gave us some windshield wipers because the windshield wipers were severely worn. Very easy to work with and cannot recommend this company now.

I will say I've bought 3 cars from Joe. The first car was an older model, Honda pilot, and I bought cash. He did disclose that the radiator needed to be flushed wasn't a big deal. I liked his honesty. Upon test driving it, I decided to take it. Shortly after I was in an accident with the payout, I decided to go back. I then purchased a Toyota Solara. In this car I decided to finance. Everything was great, low finance fees, easy payments, and minor issues. I gifted it to my daughter and  decided to go back to Joe.
My main mistake was thinking we had built a good business relationship. I purchased a 2011 Honda pilot, and that's when things took a turn. His finance fees went through the roof. I felt completely taken advantage of but loved the suv, so I followed through anyway. Unfortunately, the same night the car would not start,the lights would not come on. It was an all-around mess. Upon calling him, he sent a tow truck the next day to get the car to fix it.
Big mistake upon getting the car back. It was a problem after the problem. Anything that could go wrong went wrong, on top of paying him a car payment. He claimed to have fixed all problems wrong with the car. However, when buying the car he started, it was ready to go with no problems. Then, all of a sudden, he was apparently fixing things that were never an issue. Mind you, he had the suv two weeks after pick up. I strongly believe he swapped out the parts on the suv for older parts as everything he said he replaced quickly started going out. At this time, I had already given him a total of 7 grand  and only has the suv for close to 7 months. Yes, that 500 every two weeks. On top of having to replace all the parts. By then, I was so frustrated that I was out a significant amount of money. I found myself with a non runing suv due to transmission issues, so I decided to stop making payments for a few months to gather the money to fix that issue. Which was close to 2500. Shortly after I got the suv fixed and moving, I have a run-in with a repo truck. So I called him and dropped 2500 more to him, bringing the grand total to 9500. 😰 only for me to travel to Dallas and boom the alternator goes out. I called Joe to discuss the issues and asked him if we could come to an agreement and call the sale even Givin all the problems I've already faced with this suv. Needless to say, it was a no. The car was then hit while parked, and it was bad. I called him multiple times to explain what was going on, and all he cared about was the location of the car to pick it up. A couple of weeks went by, and the car was towed. I gave him the location of the suv, and I just received the final notice from the tow company. They are going to put a lean on the suv to obtain the title for resale. Even though they were informed, I still owed 2 grand for the suv. I was told there was no dealership lean on the title. Now I'm like, wtf they are threatening to sue me for towing a suv I still owe on, and he has not shown up to retrieve. I'm currently seeking legal counsel to help figure out this mess caused by Joe selling me a complete lemon. So please, all buyers beware. Because I wouldn't wish this headache and heartache on my worst enemy. Beware, Beware, Beware. God bless you all on your car buying journey.

Closed on the deal with Joe over the phone. He provided detailed pictures of everything I asked for. I rode over to Austin from Houston. Picked up the Lexus LX470 and drove back to Houston without issue. Great experience. Very professional.

Joe is very professional and helpful and always friendly and provides amazing customer service. I really recommend him for any car buyer. He is honest and will make the sales process very easy and clear. He has a lot of options that fit any customer needs and he always get a different cars from a different brand
