Excellent condition 2-piece Urban Sleeper Sectional. There is nothing broken, no stains, rips, or tears. Comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home. The back pillows and two single seat cushions and covers are removable while the chaise seat is fixed to the frame. The mattress is fairly comfortable around 5” thick memory foam. The chaise is fixedto the right side while facing it and cannot be moved. There are two very small stitches on the arm (shown in photos) it is ready to be picked up or can be delivered for an additional fee.
