I would consider this business to be a dangerous place to shop. The owner is aggressive, dishonest and unprofessional. We went with a reservation to get our U-Haul and supplies we were on time but he had only one person working and a line of customers. We are were third in line and when it was our turn the owner informed me the truck was not returned from the previous day and he had nothing for us. When I asked about the moving supplies I had purchased and a refund he told me to call UHaul. I asked him to find me another U-Haul and he told me to move away and he would help me after he helped everyone waiting . So we walked out. During that time trucks had been moved and we could not get out of the lot. The owner began to scream and swear at me wanted us to get out of our SUV . He turned away from us and I saw he had what looks like a gun in his belt. A customer then moved his car and we were able to escape. We got home called the police and canceled the charges. I would recommend if you are a woman or really need a truck to move you choose another business.

Stay Away Please! The owner is hostile and aggressive.  I had an appointment to return a Uhaul truck and trailer here until 8 pm from the website and he Threatened to call the police because he claimed even though his business was still open for several more hours that afternoon, he had stopped accepting U-Haul returns after 430 pm (this occurred around 6pm).   His business was location was small and I had difficulty navigating/maneuvering safely to leave and find another U-Haul location (rather than face the police). He offered to "help" by turning the truck and trailer around and he ended up damaging my personal vehicle while backing up incorrectly ($400+potentially life-threatening alignment and tire damage)

I showed up looking for a car to buy for my daughter. I was able to roam the car lot without any pressure of buying. They had a large selection of American and foreign cars. When I was ready to look at a car Barry was ready to show it to me. And if I wanted to finance this vehicle they could do in house without messing your credit rating. I decided to pay cash for the Honda Element I purchased for my daughter. Very clean car well kept quality vehicle. The lot might be a little rough but you will find the gem you're looking for there. Jorge made a deal on the price with me and offered financing as well. Check them out you will be very surprised. No secrets or gimmicks! Thank you Barry and Jorge! My daughter loved the car!

I made a uhaul reservation for 10am. According to Uhaul policy you can be late by one hour before your reservation is cancelled. According to George that works at Tios 35 mins is close enough to an hour and he canceled it. He told me next time to call if I’m going to be late but did nothing to fix the situation.
