They were very professional throughout the purchase and were very prompt with all our communication for my loan on the car. I bought a excursion conversion from Jonathan 10 years ago. Wen we got to ft Lauderdale to pick it up, it wasn't 4wd as we had requested it be. IN 1 DAY they swapped out the front dif & made it 4wd. We signed papers in the mans home. These people take customer service to a whole other level. At least they did back then. I won't forget these guys

Went in to buy a Lotus, sale fell through...but owner appeared to be a genuine and honest guy who fairly represented the cosign seller. Staff was generally pretty fair, not perfect but I'd go back. Generally no complaints.
