Description
This is a great van, I bought it from my neighbor about 6 months ago as a temporary work van for one of my employees that has since bought his own vehicle. My neighbor was the original owner and treated this van very well, he gave me a 3 ring binder full of every receipt and service record since it was new. To say he maintained it meticulously would be an understatement. Mechanically the van is great. It always starts and runs great. Transmission is smooth. Brakes, suspension and tires are good to go. Everything works, power windows and locks, AC and heat, radio, all work. Has a newer towing receiver and wiring. All the doors open and close as they should. No water leaks. The Chassis/body/paint is in great condition. There's one small dent that could be easily pulled out I just haven't gotten around to it. Paint is original and in good shape, clear coat is just starting to give up the hood only. No rust on the chassis. Cosmetically on the inside it could definitely use either a new driver side seat or just reupholstered, passenger seat looks new. There's some damaged plastic here and there and the original floor carpet needs to be replaced. Dash is in good shape, the driver's side door panel vinyl is sun damaged. It has steel tool racks on both sides in great shape, if you don't want them I'd take $500 off the price and I'll reuse them in another van. They're worth about 2k to replace new. The van has a lot of miles on it but also a lot of service and was driven by an older electrician who treated it with respect. It has many years left in it. It has a clean and clear title in my name with new plates and tags. Since I've owned it I haven't done much except; New Battery $180 New fuel pump and misc parts by Molalla Auto works $1200 (fuel pump failed because my employee kept running the tank damn near empty). Transmission flush $200 Radiator flush $120 Alignment $240 Ignition wiring $300 Wheel bearings $400 This work was only done because it was sitting for awhile and I wanted it to be reliable for my employee. I'm in no rush to sell and honestly considering keeping it as a backup so please don't bother with any low ball offers. Some trades may be considered. Van has about 290k miles
