Untouched and in box, I had grand designs of stripping and gutting an MIM Strat and building it up, but since I haven’t done anything but strip the paint almost 2 years ago, it’s time to let these go to some one who will play them! The Special Blonde or ‘Dirty Blonde’ set is THE Strat set. These are stock in Nash Strats and used by tons of builders and players. This is a combination of two of their sets and features Vintage Blondes in neck and middle for late 50’s chimey sparkly quacky goodness but puts the throatier, fuller and fatter Special in the bridge to make the bridge less harsh and ice picky so you get a usable sound in all positions even if you still wanna live in the 2+4 Save on tax and pay $50 under retail for a brand new set!
