This piano is in excellent condition.Appraised by Akerman piano sales and Restoration@$5900.00.Apprsisal Paper work included. Player works great.Just tuned up by John Niems piano tuning here in Las Vegas. Piano has a matching bench with storage. Comes with 51 piano rolls. Solid oak with laquer finish. Not a mark on it.
