SO VERSATILE! Very comfortable! Bought it brand new off Amazon in 2022. All pieces included. 2nd arm is included, just not pictured because I never used it. The couch sat next to my fireplace and I liked having that side open. The only blemishes include a few very small spots of scratches from a cat. No smoking home, 1 cat. I prefer you pick-up but I Can Deliver for a small extra charge. Located in Lakewood near 6th and Union. I'd love to get $250 but will take best offer
